Fantastic work. Puts me in mind of Larkin of the Tanith First and Only.

Glad you like it, it was a first time doing one of those and not that it was super complex, it still took some work to get the barrels straight and solidly attached.

They guy who bought this actually took it to comic-con and met the author of the WH books. I guess he wanted to use some shots of Arthur and the gun (he also was dressed the part!) It will be cool if he ends up using the photos on his site, but just the compliment was very cool. It's always a nice thing to hear positive comments on my stuff, I bet you feel the same way :)

Looking forward to seeing that Longstrike!

I hope you wore the color white and recited all of the proper litanies and hymns while doing this modification. ;)

This is pretty amazing.

You've pretty much committed an act of heresy :P

The weapon's Machine Spirit has been violated, and the weapon may fail to function.

...Yeah... I read way too much of the 40k stuff, hahaha.

Haha I re-read what I wrote and maybe I coulda worded that better :) They're pricey, but not for the time I put into them. I'd say they're compared to what people pay for the film level props. Yes, I sidestepped the question! Hehe. I'm happy just having you guys check em out, no need to buy anything if you're not overwhelmed by impulsiveness :)

Looks the same as a Guardsman's rifle. Probably does more damage though ;)

That is awesome... What barrels did you use!? I've modified a Nerf to be a Halo DMR, but this is much better...

Thanks for saying that, I appreciate the opinion of a fellow nerf customizer. I've done quite a few "HALO" style guns, if you get a chance to look, I think you'd enjoy them. I saw your armor photos and the nerf, very nicely done on both! :)

no problem, and i was a brink kind of theme, its a good game, for example have a gun with anti slang on there, or just somewhat makeshift, with on personal paint schemes ect, it would be good, but i dont know what you would think?
