Long Colt 45 from Trigun, used by Vash the Stampede. This was a client-supplied resin cast, but it had a lot of bubbles and other flaws that had to be worked out as much as possible. I think it came out really nice, all things considered. If you know of a better quality cast, please let me know :)

They do make or a least once made working kits that would do all that, but they're pretty expensive compared to a solid cast kit like this one. If you send me an email I can give you some prices. Thank you! Johnsonarms76@gmail.com

It depends on what kit you want used, honestly. There's a basic one that runs about 60-70 in raw form and I sell those for $250 completely finished and ready for diplay. I'm working on a stand to use for displaying them as well which may be included free if the cost can be low enough. There's a really awesome kit thats out there for around $150-200 raw form, so figure the total to be around 450.00 because it has a ton of parts to assemble which takes time, but it would be the ultimate replica for a trigun fan :)

I was pointed towards you by another prop maker here on devart in regards to this gun, that "awesome" one you mentioned, where is a good place to find it? I have a friend who is really interested in getting one that cracks open, but searching around the internet, all of the good reputable sources have stopped, died, or just plain disappeared. So all of the sources I can find now all feel really fishy or vague on their descriptions of what their kit actually does.

I believe I saw one recently on eBay, but I didn't go after it. Because of that, I didn't do much research on the seller either. One other good place I might suggest is the boneyard on thereplicapropforum.com (do not go to RPF.com for the time being). There are a ton of people selling/buying/trading on there and they often have to good stuff like the Long Colt. I hope that helps a bit. Thanks to you and the other party for referring you my way :)
