Steampunk/Fallout Style Longshot Progress Shot 2 by JohnsonArms Steampunk/Fallout Style Longshot Progress Shot 2 by JohnsonArms
Here's some of the stuff added on. Hope it's looking less like a nerf gun at this point and more like the brass destroyer of worlds that it is! ;)

Can't wait for this one to be done, myself..it should be pretty special!

This was actually done last year and became a part of my personal collection.   Here's one of the photos showing it in finished form :)   johnsonarms.deviantart.com/art…

Looking forward to this. Looks great so far, especially that delicious weathering job. I could envision a few different "completion" directions that this could go and I'm hyped to see which you go with.

Thanks, bud! I just posted another with some more work done. Sorry it's slow going, but I'm not in a hurry except for wanting to see how it looks finished :)

May I ask which Nerf model this is? I'd really like to try modding one like this.
All your projects give me all kinds of inspiration, I love them!

of course! It's the nerf longshot, no longer sold, at least in the US. It's a great gun with a second front gun that attatches to the front of this one you see in the photo (the main gun of course. This one is special because it had the firing portion of the fron blaster grafted to the main gun. This one was done by Ryan Myers, a friend on facebook.

I hope that gets you started. You can find them used in thrift stores as well as on ebay, etc.. Good luck :)
