Professor Johnson's Steam Powered Hand Cannon by JohnsonArms Professor Johnson's Steam Powered Hand Cannon by JohnsonArms
The steam pistol is complete after a few more tweaks to the color and design. All the custom parts were sourced from everyday bits and pieces I've accumulated over the past year. I hope they add to the look of the prop.

The brass is a new finish I've been working on for the longshot rifle also pictured in my gallery. The colors really glow in the sunlight and I hope this photo conveys that to some extent :)

Thanks for looking!

Brian

Is this a self-fabricated or is this a customization of a nerf gun? Ive been looking for a good side-arm for my cosplaying but cant find one.

This was the nerf scout with some additional parts added.  They're a bit hard to get your hands on, but I'd check ebay for used models!

Like this one a lot it's simple and still keep a cool steampunk style.

I really dig this design for the Scout. It's a nice, simple addition that screams "steampunk" without cluttering the original piece up with appliques.

Yeah, I also have an idea on how to make a NERF gun look like an M4
