Halo Reach Pilot Helmet Raw Cast by JohnsonArms Halo Reach Pilot Helmet Raw Cast by JohnsonArms
Here's how they come out of the mold!  This is a particularly rare helmet as I am not aware of another mold anywhere.  I'll be doing a small run of raw kits that include the vacuum-formed visor which really makes this thing epic.  If you're interest, please drop me an email, thanks!

A lot of people will go thru the trouble only to make sloppy paint or cuts or have jagged edges in the final product, how do you avoid all that?

All it needs is a rad skull carved in the front and it's good to go!

Thank you!  It was made by Tony Pagan and I was given the honor of being able to get casts from the mold.  Hopefully I'll get after finishing one here soon :)
