Halo MA5C Assault Rifle Replica - Standard Issue by JohnsonArms Halo MA5C Assault Rifle Replica - Standard Issue by JohnsonArms
I had a great time taking this to the TBCC and apparently there are a lot of Halo fans out there :) It's always a blast having folks take pictures with the props and it's also great for durability testing, hehe

Do you make swords that can be taken to conventions ? If so message me! I will pay!

I'm sure we could do something like that.  I'd just need to know what materials your convention allows or just plan to use foam if you think a wooden sword wouldn't be allowed

well maybe you use use a thin wood for the base and then after wards use foam, of course I want the sword to be long lasting durable etc. And of course the blade cant be sharp

Usually it's a  flexible fiberglass rod that they use for the core with additional steps to make sure it never pokes out the front .   I will warn you that the swords are not cheap to make.  Similar stuff from reputable companies can run into the hundreds if you want a really special hand-made piece.
